Dependency management for Spring Boot libraries and applications, used by all jEAP projects.

This parent provides dependency management and plugin configuration management. It inherits from org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-dependencies, and thus provides also manages the Spring Boot version. Most of the managed dependencies are defined by the Spring Boot parent.
