RetroGemini is a self-hosted web application for facilitating team retrospectives and health checks. Created at the State of Geneva, it provides a shared board that participants update in real time.

Facilitators guide teams through icebreakers, brainstorming, card grouping, voting, discussion and closing. Teams can record action items, assign responsibilities, carry actions into later sessions and review their impact. Health checks provide configurable assessments and trends across sessions.

The interface and retrospective templates are available in English and French. The core application works without Internet access, with all interface assets hosted locally. Optional AI features can assist with grouping and summaries when an administrator configures a compatible service. An administrator can also connect Jira Data Center or Jira Cloud, so that teams create their actions as Jira issues in one click; each issue then carries the action's text and context, the session's name and date, and the requester's name.

RetroGemini can be deployed with Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes or OpenShift. SQLite supports simple installations; PostgreSQL and optional Socket.IO adapters support deployments across multiple pods.
